Kicker Amplifiers

Kicker is one of the leading car audio system manufacturers. Kicker is not an ancient manufacturer dealing in car stereo equipments but in a short span of time, they have cut the edges of success. Stillwater Designs was basically started with the work of two professionals who made musical equipment by their hand for churches and auditoriums. But during 1980 Stillwater Designs became a blinking star of car audio market when the company’s founder and President Steve Irby designed and developed the first high quality Kicker. That was the first full-range of high performance enclosure specifically designed for cars. Since then Kicker has been striving to manufacture high quality components that consistently raise the world’s expectations for stereo performance.

Kicker car audio devices are manufactured by Stillwater Designs headquartered in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Once the company was consisted of two professionals while today the company has almost 200 employees. Kicker’s good quality products and devotion are the reasons of their success. Today kicker’s products are sold in the United States by more than 1500 authorized dealers. They also export their supreme quality car audio devices to other countries. Their export sales are managed through a distribution network, comprising over more than 2000 dealers in about 50 countries.

Kicker manufactures three types of amplifiers i.e. Mono amplifier, two channel amplifier and Multi channel amplifier.
- Kicker 04SX650.1: It is a mono amplifier. Its maximum power is 650w. Its length, width and height with EndKaps are 16”, 10” and 2.5” respectively. It has 32-bit user programmable digital signal processing. Its input sensitivity is 100mv to 16v in five selectable ranges. It has built in crossover. Its low frequency response is 20 Hz while high frequency response is 200Hz. It also has remote gain control and fan cooling.
- Kicker 06ZX350.2: It is a two-channel car amplifier having maximum power of 350 watts. Its RMS power range is 110 to 175 watts. It has variable high pass and low pass filters and variable bass boost. It also has a wired remote bass level control. 8 gauge power and ground leads are recommended for this two-channel car amplifier by Kicker. Its dimension is 10-1/2” wide, 2-5/16” high and 9-5/8” deep.
- Kicker 04SX900.4: It is a four-channel car amplifier by Kicker. It produces great sound quality for your car audio system. Its maximum power is 900 watts. Its low frequency response is 20 Hz while high frequency response is 20000 Hz. It has a built-in crossovers and channel separation. It has a full range remote gain control and cooling fan. Its length, width and height with EndKaps are 25-3/4”, 10” and 2.5” respectively.
